Race4Friends e.V.

A new website and a custom back end for enquiries about the annual race day.

Race4Friends gives people with intellectual or physical disabilities a very special day: riding as passengers in real race cars on the Nürburgring. Behind the annual race day is an association run by volunteers – one that has to coordinate registrations from hundreds of participants, helpers and drivers every year.

I built the new website for the association, together with a back end in which the team manages all enquiries for the race day in one place.

The new website

Three audiences, three clear paths: participants, helpers and drivers each have their own page explaining how the race day works. On top of that, there are sponsors, news, the association's history as a timeline and a countdown to the next event.

Enquiries in one place

Every year, a large number of enquiries come in around the race day. Instead of being spread across email inboxes and spreadsheets, they arrive in a dedicated back end: the team sees all enquiries at a glance, sorts them by type and status and keeps track of everything until race day. A small CRM, tailored precisely to the association's workflows.
